  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons agar-agar
  • 70 g sugar

Step 1:
Mix four tablespoons of water with agar-agar and leave to swell for an hour.

Bring to a boil coconut milk, agar-agar and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly.
