- 500 g beef tenderloin

Put meat in the bowl, coat with the marinade well on all sides and leave for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight), turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4. Wrap beef in two layers of foil and roast for 1 hour 20 minutes.
