German Potato Salad (Kartoffelsalat)

- 3 potatoes
- bay leaf
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 1 pickled cucumber
- green onions
- 4 tbsp. of water
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. of mustard
- 1 tsp. of sugar
Step by step recipe description:
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, and then quarter each slice. Cut fresh cucumber into very thin slices. Add finely chopped pickled cucumber.
Add salt and pepper to taste, season and sprinkle with green onions, stir and put in the fridge for at least half an hour.
