Caesar Salad with Chicken

- 1 chicken fillet
- Iceberg lettuce
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- white bread for the croutons
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper
Caesar salad is a very controversial salad, because in the Internet you can find dozens of its variations. Some cook it only with certain varieties of lettuce "Iceberg" and Worcester sauce, others are not averse to using the cabbage and mayonnaise)). Our recipe is still closer to the classic Caesar with chicken, but with some replacements. :)
Step by step recipe description:
Cut bread into cubes, put on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil (small amount, the rest of the oil is needed for chicken and sauce). Put the bread in the oven for 15 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4 until golden.
Take 1 tbsp. of olive oil and warm up in a frying pan. Cut chicken fillet into large pieces and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Let's prepare the dressing! Boil a small pot of water. Remove water from the cooker and put an egg into it for 2 minutes. Then beat the egg into a bowl. It should be slightly liquid.
Add the rest of ingredients needed for dressing into the bowl: soy sauce, honey, mustard, remaining olive oil with garlic, finely grated Parmesan, vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
