Whole Wheat Galette with Apples

- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 80 g of butter
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. of sugar
Step by step recipe description:
Thinly roll the dough on baking parchment. Put the plate on the dough and cut the extra dough over it. Use scraps to cover cracks and holes (if they appear :).
Peel apples, remove the core, cut into thin slices and lay in the center of the circle of dough. Sprinkle apples with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Fold the dough edges to the center. Transfer the galette along with the parchment to the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (180ºC/350ºF/gas 4) for 40-50 minutes.
