Ingredients
  • 500 ml heavy cream
  • 10 g gelatine
  • 70 g black chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon of sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Soak gelatine in a small amount of cream.

Pour remaining cream in a small saucepan. Add sugar, yogurt and, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Remove from heat.

Add the chocolate and gelatine and stir until both dissolved.

Fill the molds and put to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

To remove the panna cotta from the mold, dip the mold in hot water for a few seconds and remove the dessert. Decorate to taste and serve!
