- 150 g soft butter
- 130 g sugar
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 300 g rhubarb
Step by step recipe description:
Cover a baking dish with a thin layer of butter, put the dough. Lay the rhubarb pieces on top and gently press into dough.
Bake the pie at 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4 for about 20-25 minutes. As soon as the top becomes golden - immediately remove the pie from the oven.
